TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE PROMOTER

• The Promoter is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners GB Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at Pemberton House, Bakers Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ ("the Promoter").
• This promotion is administered in conjunction with EMC3 Reality Limited ("EMC3"), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 08491174, whose registered office is at Lombard House, Cross Keys, Lichfield, WS13 6DN; and Savi, the coupon fulfilment partner responsible for the issuance and redemption tracking of promotional coupons.

ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, except:

• employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies who are professionally connected with this promotion or its administration; or
• members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

THE PROMOTION

• The title of this promotion is Countdown to Kick-off.
• The promotional period will open at 00:01 on 4th June 2026 (the "Opening Date") and close at 23:59 on 10th June 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive, running for seven consecutive days. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
• Entry to this promotion is free. No purchase is necessary to participate.
• The promotion is exclusively available at Tesco and is accessible via the microsite at www.the7daycountdown.co.uk.
• A different daily offer is available each day throughout the 7-day Promotional Period. Three of the four offers each run across two days of the promotion (rotating); the fourth offer is available on one unique day. The daily offer schedule will be displayed on the microsite each day.
• Entrants receive one play per person per day throughout the Promotional Period. A new play becomes available each calendar day at 00:01.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the promotion on any given day, participants must:

• Scan the QR code displayed on in-store POS at a participating Tesco store;
• Visit www.the7daycountdown.co.uk via the QR link;
• Accept the relevant Cookies Policy and these Terms and Conditions;
• Play the penalty shoot-out game for a chance to win that day's offer;
• Instant win winners will be directed to a claim page, winners must provide their full name and email address to receive their coupon.
• Non-winning participants are encouraged to return and play again the following day.

THE PRIZES

A total of 30,000 digital coupons are available across the full 7-day Promotional Period, comprising four distinct offers as set out below:

• Three of the four offers each run across two days of the promotion (rotated). The fourth offer (50p off Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Diet Coke 500ml) is available on one unique day only. The daily offer schedule is published on the microsite and managed via the Engage platform.
• Each daily offer is subject to a maximum distribution cap. Once the coupon allocation for a given day and offer has been exhausted, no further prizes will be available for that day. Participants are encouraged to play early each day.
• All coupons are unique single-use digital codes issued via Savi. Each coupon is valid for 7 days from the point of issue, after which it will expire. The expiry date will be displayed on the coupon at the time of issue.
• Coupons are redeemable at Tesco only against the qualifying Coca-Cola product stated on the coupon. Coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• There is no cash alternative to any prize offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

The Coupons will be subject to the following terms below:

• Once activated, the Coupons can be redeemed instore only at Tesco, excluding Tesco Express. Coupons cannot be redeemed online.
• Only one Coupon can be used per order.
• Coupons must be activated within 7 days of receipt.
• Coupons must be redeemed within 60 minutes of activation and must be used against Free 2-litre Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Diet Coke; Free 500ml Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Diet Coke; £1 off Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Diet Coke 2ltr; 50p off Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Diet Coke 500ml.
• The risk of loss and title for the Coupons shall pass to the recipient upon electronic transmission to the winner(s). The Promoter nor Savi (UK) Limited shall be responsible for loss, stolen, destroyed or unauthorised use of any Coupons.
• The Coupons are provided by Savi (UK) Limited. For queries regarding the Coupons please contact offers@saviuk.co.uk.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE REDEMPTION

• Instant win winners are notified immediately via the on-screen result following the penalty shoot-out.
• Instant win prizes will be delivered electronically by EMC3 Reality Ltd (on behalf of Savi (UK) Limited) to the email address provided by the entrant. Winners must click the link in the claim email to activate their coupon.
• Once activated, the coupon should be presented at the Tesco checkout when purchasing the qualifying Coca-Cola product. The coupon is redeemable in Tesco stores only.
• The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of any coupon caused by the provision of incorrect or incomplete contact details by the entrant.
• Coupons that are not redeemed within 7 days of issue will expire and may be returned to the prize pool or deactivated at the Promoter's discretion.

DATA PROTECTION

• EMC3 Reality Ltd ("EMC3") will collect and process personal information from instant win winners (full name and email address) for the sole purpose of delivering the promotional coupon via Savi. No data is required from non-winning participants.
• QR scan location data may be collected at store level to support post-campaign analysis for the Promoter and Tesco. This data will be processed in anonymised or aggregated form where possible.
• All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy available at www.coca-cola.co.uk/privacy-policy.
• In accordance with current guidelines, if you are a winner, the Promoter may publish or make available on request information confirming that an award took place, including your name and county. You have the right to object or to ask for less information to be made available. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participation in this promotion or taking up any prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
• The Promoter takes no responsibility for any technical failures, interruptions or errors in the operation of the microsite, QR codes, penalty shoot-out game, or Savi coupon system that are beyond its reasonable control.

GENERAL

• By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter.
• Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
• If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or that efforts have been made to distort or undermine the competitive process or spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude any entrant from participating.
• Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries via automated means, macros, bots or third parties, or entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full, will be disqualified.
• The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
• The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This promotion is exclusively available at Tesco. It is not available through any other retailer.
• This promotion has no official affiliation with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup 2026, or any associated governing body beyond the commercial partnership held by the Promoter.
• If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision.
• These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
